1) Open the Twitter app and click on the plus icon in the bottom right corner.

To tag or mention someone in a picture on Twitter;

1) Open the Twitter app and tap on the plus icon at the top right bottom.

2) Select Photos.

3) Select an image from your phone gallery.

4) Once the image is loaded on the compose tweet section, tap on “who’s in this photo?” below the picture to tag someone.

2) Tap on the retweet icon retweet-icon and select quote tweet.
